I signed up to bring in treats this Friday to my son's kindergarten class. The theme is Halloween/pumpkins. I need something that doesn't need to be refrigerated and is already in single servings. I am making pumpkin spice rice krispy treats in the shape of pumpkins, but I am making those for the kids to take home. I need something somewhat healthy, but still sticking with the theme that they can eat in class. Any ideas?

I was thinking about the cupcakes as well. Most schools nowadays want store bought stuff because of kids allergies, etc.

I had thought about the allergy thing too. I am not doing peanut anything, even though I know that they served peanut butter and crackers one day so I am assuming that they don't have a child with the allergy in the class. My husband is allergic to nuts so not even going to have it in the house. But another day they had deviled eggs and I know people sometimes have egg allergies. So I am just going to make what I can and let the teacher know the ingredients.
