Due to my PCOS my doctor told me, I need to live as if I was a diabetic.
BUT omg it's so expensive! This week I spend 110 dollars at foodlion! Everything almost was on sale, but Sugar Free and Low carb foods cost so much. I packed up all my old unhealthy stockpiled foods and put them in the sell corner. So all I have out is healthy stuff. I feel like all our money is disappering. I am losing weight but we can't keep paying this much every two weeks. I need tips! I know to watch the sales, and if something I can eat comes up, stockpile it...but is there any other ways, maybe online stores or something? Cathleen

I know how expensive the sugar free/low carb treats can be, yikes! I say just use them to a minimum and try to eat more of the cheaper foods(meal type stuff)
