Just got mine it the mail Saturday and mine was just like yours!! All that was there was the outside jacket of the mailer. One coupon, Mr Clean eraser. Do you think it went through an automated mailer at the PO at got ripped out or do you think someone is stealing these innards? This is horrible! I emailed the company and let them know. I hope they resend it to me!

I am happy to report that although NOONE from the company replied to my inquiring email, TODAY in the mail, in a white envelope was the coupon booklet! YIPPERS!
I was so happy, I was on the way to work, so I have not seen whats in there, but I do think there is post on here that does tell what is.
Also, I noticed the clear tabs were still broken and the pamplet open, INSIDE the envelope!
Must be a pretty widespread problem and I hope they change their tabs, to avoid this again.

I also received a replacement booklet from P&G this week. I wasn't contacted by email, so was surprised when it arrived in my mailbox sealed in a white envelope..Think they are going to have to rethink their mailing practices.. Hope all of you get your replacements soon.
