Yes it makes perfect sense. This was a very long time ago I think even last sumer where the cashiers would stop us for using more than 1 RR in a transaction even if you had enough product to use it. For example I buy 3 packs of diapers and try to use 2 different RR;s for it and no other coupon they always told us that you couldn't use more than 1. I"ll have to call and see if that has changed.
