I am helping stock up my parents (both in their 60s) and could use some suggestions

so far
HBA- 1-2 years
TP- 1 yr
Dishwasher Tabs- 6 months
Laundry Detergent- 2-3yrs.

They are really picky about food, did manage to get some pasta. What are the high value items you would like to take off your shopping list for a while? I am hoping it will give me some ideas on what to tackle next.

How about poise products ? Or under garment liners - men or women-

Aluminum Foil, Saran wrap, Storage Bags, Trashbags, etc..

Definately trash bags, pasta sauce, cereal - hot & cold, can vegetables

Find out if they take vitamins regularly or if they should be taking them and just can't afford them. That was something I never took until I started couponing because they are so expensive!

You guys are great, but if I brought home depends or poise they would kill me . Never would have thought of these, keep em coming....looks like I have some work to do!

just look in their cabinets you will know from that what it is that they use on a regular basis.
I stockpiled my grandmother for almost everything hba including neosporin, bandaids, bayer asperin, coq10. cat food, the list could go on forever. the best way I found was to actually go through her cupboards and find out what she used. especially with picky eaters just make a day of it with a pen and paper, write down the things you know you can get right now to stockpile and a list of things to look out for stockpiling in the future when you can get them free or CHEAP
