Updated When your RR's do not print call this number

I just woke up from a nap and laying on the table was an enevie from Catalina Marketing with a $3RR that expires on 7/27. I called them on July 1. I'm so surprised



I did not get (1) RR for the socks. I called 1-888-322-3814 and gave the consumer represensative all of my receipt information. She stated that if they are able to verify the reason why the RR did not print they will submit the claim and just send my $3RR.

I tried to submit online but did not see how to acheive this on their website. Keep the above phone number for future reference. Allow 24 hours after your transaction to submit a claim.

I know they weren't in my area Sunday.

According to what here today, they are printing now. On Sunday, they did not print for me either.

Yes, I think it is nationwide. My Wags told me that no one's store was printing the RR. Each store is handling it different. The 2 stores local to me are having you mail the rebate form.

I like the idea of calling a phone # and saving the $0.44 postage. That $0.44 postage takes away from the philosophy of "FREE" socks.

I went to Wags today and bought the Plackers Dental Pics. The lady told me that if I used the RR from the Plackers on the next transaction that it wouldn't print me another RR for the purchase. Is this the case for any one else?

Or do you truly have to use a RR from a different item? It didn't seem like this was the case at a different Wags in town because I know I wasn't paying any attention to which RR I gave the lady.

If this is the case then I guess I will have to pay closer attention when I pay using RR or jsut go to another store.

That is the case in any RR situation. If you use a RR from one item to pay for the same item, your new RR will not print. If you use your RR to pay for a different item, you will get the new RR

I went to Wags today and should have received a $3 RR for Suave Products and a $5 RR for Fructis Products. They didn't print so the manager just gave me an $8 gift card. I will continue going to this Wags for sure
