I found these peelie at both Target and SuperTarget.

They can be found on Scotch Padded Envelope and they state save up to $4 Scotch Brand Products Peelie.

The coupons are:

.50 off on any roll of Scotch Packaging Tape exp. 01/31/10

The last coupon is a really good one. I found the Pop-Up Tape at Walgreens clearanced at 1.39 so I got .11 overage!
