This is BOGO even though it is advertised as buy one get one 50% off. There is a $4 IVC which makes this a money maker.

No RRs though. There was plenty yesterday at all the Wags I went to and I got several Oh WoWs!, I told the cashier she better run back there and get her some before they are all gone. I think she was going to.

I bought 10 at each store and the prices ranged from 6.99 to 7.99. The higher priced ones were the waterproof ones. A few of them had the eyeliner pencil as a free bonus, I bought all those I could find.

So 10 of these were about $70 or more and I got them for free with overage, which I used to buy Halloween clearance.
