I was flipping thru the free Dallas paper just now and there is a article on this. The writer is backing up what all us Wucies already know. I think I may clip and laminate it to show all the cashiers and management who give me problems. LOL

I think that when Visaprint offers their free business cards again, I need to have some printed with the definitions of purchase, transaction, and shopping trip. Then I can hand these out to the cashiers that don't want to listen to me explain these terms or read their store coupon policy.

I was told by a csm that they no longer excepted those coupons because they where taking a big lose on them and that the coupon policy had changed two weeks ago company wide and they didn't take coupons on any travel or trail sized items. She then continued on to tell me that she was a csm and that she was "up on all the coupon policy and ways that they where not suppose to be used and we needed to read the rules if we where going to use coupons at her store." She had quite a bad attitude from the time the cashier called her over from doing nothing. My only thoughts where if you have had so much training then why don't you know that the company is refunded the price of the coupon and apparently you have no training in customer service and not being rude to customers that fund your pay check.

I have had similar problems at my WM which is why I drive 20 miles to the Super WM 3 towns up. The cashiers there are all well trained and know the coupon lingo. Hats off to the CSM and trainers in Lacey!!!


Now I wish that CSM would train my local WM which is less than 1 mile to my house. I had one cashier tell me the other day that "people don't understand that you they to get exactly what is PICTURED on the coupon." I just let it go. If I tried to explain it to her I would still be there standing in line..... LOL
