Problems at Wags
 

I went to wags this am...checked out using the q for the meter. Obviously it was free except for tax. The rr didn't print. I returned the meter. It was a hassle to get the tax back but I don't care. Anyone else have this problem? Ideas on how to go to a diff wags and get it to print?

That's interesting. I bought 8 this morning and all the RR's printed. Maybe try going back to the store (or calling if you are far away) and speak to management and see what they say about it......or, like you said, maybe go to another store as they RR should have printed. I wonder if there was something wrong with the cat machine too. Don't give up.

I went to 5 different wags today in the Fort Worth area and all of my RRs printed except at one store.I think I will just contact catalina online instead of going thru the hassle of taking it back.

I went to two stores near me. One printed the RR, but the other did not. I also had to return the meter at that time. When I asked the manager, he said "I cannot control what it prints", and tried to tell me the $5 cat it printed for test strips was the $5 RR. I will be taking all of my business to a store where the manager at least knows what a register reward looks like. :fryingpan:

This happened to me tto. The manger gave some kind of paper to fill out an send in for the RR. HTH

Weird....all mine printed out just fine!

Purchased meters at 5 diff stores today. No RR probs - doing a little happy dance. Even got the RR for the Contour bonus pack that also included a A1CNow kit, UPC 3 0193-961501 4.

I will go to another store on Wed when I do the grocery run...if there are any left. I do not live near a wags, so it is not worth driving all the way there. I live out in the sticks so I do a Sunday trip and a Wednesday trip.

All mine printed without a problem but I also noticed that I did not have to pay tax for any of them yesterday. There was not tax charged for it. I thought it was something new.

Mine printed NO Problems.
