Default Did The Q policy change

A few weeks ago I emailed Tena, they sent me a Q that states 14.00 off any Tena product........So I am thinking YAhoooo OVERAGE!!! Today I bought the tena pantyliner for 2.98 and gave me Q along with other items.... THey adjusted my Q down to 2.98...

Can you give details on what the coupon terms are?

IF it says UP to $14 and provides a space to write the sale price, then the cashier was right in writing 2.98.

BUT if it says outright $14 off ANY one Tena product, and there is a prompt that appears when it is scanned, "coupon amount valid =$14?" if that came out, all the cashier will do is press K1 or Enter to accept the full amount.

If you have the latter, check with store management and let them know the policy is still to give overage for such type of coupons. Make sure to have a print-out of the WM policy with you. Go directly to salaried managers and hopefully, you get it straightened out. That is IF the MQ scanned for $14 instead of beeping to ask for input of purchase price.

HTH.

I think ymmv on that coupon. I've seen it go both ways. I think it does say up to $14 though. You get it from contacting them through a link on their website.

No, the corporate coupon policy did not change. As a matter of fact, they reiterated in the new internal coupon policy that if the item cost less than the coupon's value, for cashiers to apply the full coupon value. So, now it's in both the corporate coupon policy and the internal coupon policy.

With that being said, without knowing the full details of your coupon, the terms of the coupon may or may not have restricted the value of your coupon.
