So I went to two Walmarts today. First trip went smooth, 9 packs of Bic Pens, handed the cashier 9 Q's , total opp $.50 (tax). Later went to another Walmart in town, go 4 Oral B floss, price was $1.14. Q was for $1.00. The cashier frowned when I handed her the Q's. She read every single word, including the reimbursement part) and said you did not get the 30 pack of picks. I sid "I don't have to. It says floss as well." Long story short, one CSM later, I was told "well, they have to double check , there has been so much coupon fraud and your coupons looked funny". The Q's I used came from the P&G Jan 1 insert. I hardly doubt it was the first time that they saw that Q. Called corporate, because it was not the first time and because of the conduct of the CSM. I've been told that I will be receiving a call from the manager. It just strikes me as strange that Walmart (in my town) won't prosecute shoplifters that take less than $25.00 but they will spend 3 minutes reading my $1.00 coupon. Thanks for reading my rant.

Sorry you had an unpleasant shopping trip. You certainly didn't deserve this treatment. I don't know how they could make such accusations with an insert coupon that everybody received with their January 1 newspaper. Since the item's value was less than $25, you would have actually receive less scrutiny by stealing it? None of this makes any sense.

Yep, it's strange. And to make things even more biazarre, I used to work at Walmartut so I know all about loss and prevenation. But I worked at wally's #1 not the second one. Never has issues at #1, but they were out of the floss. I won't be back at the second one.
