Fyi NOTE: $2/1 StayFree Coupon Rules

$2/1 StayFree product 7/22 SS:

Coupon language: "One per person, no more than 4 coupons (of any kind) for the same product in the same transaction." One per person does not mean per transaction.

However, there are other StayFree coupons available, including peelies, so, you can use up to a total of four coupons, but again, only one of the $2/1 coupon.

WUC never wants to inadvertently encourage other members to use a coupon inappropriately.

If your cashier or manager allowed or insisted that you to use more than one of the $2/1 StayFree coupons, WUC asks that you refrain from posting about it. The same holds true for any other coupon that limits per transaction, per shopping trip, per customer, per household, etc.

If a member posts about misusing a coupon, your post or trip will be edited or removed.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

WUC promotes the proper use of coupons, as intended by the manufacturer. I made one FYI post for the Walmart Forum, indicating not to post trips, scenarios, etc., involving the use of more than one of these coupons. I do not consider this beating a dead horse.

Apparently the other coupon sites don't care about following correct coupon usage? It will be talked about as long as people keep posting about trying to use more than one.

I have 4 of the 2/1 coupons. Can I use one coupon per day? Just trying to get clarification because I'm not sure. Thanks!

If a coupon says One per person, you can always have someone else use your coupon and get one for you. A spouse, teen, mom, grandmom, whatever. Can be fun to take someone shopping with you anyways and just give them the money for that purchase before hand. Just a thought...

But this statement isn't true. I know for certain that another major coupon message board has also had significant discussion about this coupon's restrictive wording.

I also agree with a PP that not everyone reads the same sub forums so monkeystyle's thread is quite pertinent.

This thread is as relevant as the thread started by didie @ the CVS forum for the main reason that people who can't buy them @ CVS will surely ad match @ WM where ad match policy is quite linient compared to Target. Since Stayfree is also free with coupon @ other stores like WAG or Meijers and other box stores, I am the least bothered if a similar reminder is posted there as well.

Point is, as long as people post what they get away with, we cannot avoid people making comparisons and trying their luck by cashier profiling, or intimidation if necessary.. If there's a bunch that got away with buying tons in one transaction, why can't they? That is where reminders like this serve a good purpose and disallowing such brags (real or fantasy) to be kept at bay.

Thank you WUC mods
