Week 1 of WW Challenge Part 2
How did everyone do?
I'm already making up a menu for a healthier Thanksgiving! Hmm. Maybe I'll start a thread where recipes can be posted! This week I lost 1.9lbs. That's a total of 20.8lbs from the start of the first challenge and this new one. I'm going to keep my ticker just running because I'm trying to drop 40 by the end of the year - my ticker helps me  I just wish it would show tenths of a lb but it's so cute I don't want to change it  Good luck everyone!

 you're over halfway there Maxx!I lost .6, better than nothing I'm realizing its hard to diet while nursing. I'm worried about my milk suppy going down if I don't eat enough. So rather than being strict with quantity, I am just eating healthy. I'll take whatever I can get for a loss for now, and once Abby is weaned I will really focus on getting off these last 12 pounds from my first pregnancy!Hopefully today I'll get my mom to watch the kids so I can go to the natural food store and pick up some stuff. I've been wanting to shop there, but it is small and there are no carts, so I've been putting it off. I'm hoping I find some good stuff there! Mommy to Bethany 9/29/06

I am down 1lb this week, not great but better than gaining

down 1.5. Not great but a start. Walked 5 miles yesterday, walking on lunch today and am going to a class with my boss tonight. Lord help me........

I had to go back and check a few threads since my boys lost my paper that I was keeping track on
 ! I am down 2.4 for this week! Hard to believe I am only 9 lbs. away from my goal weight! I've lost almost 20 lbs. since August! Surely I can do another 9 lbs.! Everyone is doing great!

Down 3lbs as of this morning, but I don't expect it to stay that way. I'm pms-ing, retaining water, and had 2 hot dogs for dinner.
