I gained alot of weight during my 4th pregnancy and I"m really trying to get it off. I'm trying to eat healthy and light and exercise 5x's a week but no matter what I do I'm so darn hungry. how can you get rid of that constant hunger feeling. There's got to be a snack or something to fill you up. I just ate a banana and an apple and I'm starving still. |

For me, the 94% fat free popcorn would help to fill me up better than anything.

That non-full feeling is terrible isn't it. We just bought a popcorn machine over the weekend for a healthy snack and it's so rubbery in texture.

What about yogurt? Kurt like to pair a yogurt up with some fruit. Helps him stay fuller longer. That or a little cheese with veggies. Maybe a dab of peanut butter on apple slices?

I eat whole wheat Bread and Almond butter... I am precise about only having the correct amount that is a serving I would try and eat raw veggies instead of fruit all of that sugar will set you up for a hungry episode later .
I also drink lots of water... I avoid artificial sweeteners as they make feel more hungry. You can make it. |

I have been eating the fiber one cereal when I get real hungry. The fiber does help somewhat.

Have you tried edamame? Edamame - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Get the kind still in the pod and it helps the whole hand to mouth need. Ontop of that they are super good for you and you can eat a ton for 1 point. They are very tasty and OMG sooo filling. I love them with just a little salt. |

You are so right! I just posted about this same thing in another thread!! And if you're willing to add a point, if you add a little olive oil, it really keeps you satisified. ![]() |

I get them at Kroger, in the frozen veggie section. Kroger's Private Selection brand has them. Kandikid said she gets them in the shell, I prefer the shelled since I use the olive oil, so there's less mess.
