Not sure if this is true or not but the best way to find out is just to call them and ask. But talk to a manager instead of just the regular CS ladies.

The last time I shopped there they had a sign up that said IP's would not be taken if the items came out to free or if they were over a certain amount, I think it was $4. Hopefully that's all it was so you can continue to use them!

pain in the butt new policy too... seems that any coupon for $2 or more has to have manager approval...IP or not at our store... I had to have a manager override all of my razor Qs last time.
