If you want to insert an image from a url you'll copy the url, click on the image icon highlighted in red below and paste the url into the appropriate slot. ![]() Another option is to simply type [ img]then the url to the image[ /url] Posting a url is easy, the forums will automatically add the [ url] [ /url] tags around complete urls you post, making them clickable links. If, for some reason, you don't want them to be clickable, remove the http and/or www part and it will appear as plain text like so: weusecoupons.com vs WeUseCoupons.com Maybe you want to say something like "Buy My Fudge" and have it link to your FSOT thread or personal website? You'd use [ url=www.yoursitehere.com]Visit My Site![ /url] Example: A Cool Online RPG! Or you want to insert a smilie in your post, just put the cursor where you want the smilie to appear and click on the smilie icon, it will insert the code {again, ignore the spaces I'm using for instructional purposes} so that this: : couponlove: looks like this: ![]() Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions not covered above, or if something isn't clear. ![]() |
