Good information here that I did not know. The breads I want to make this week are: Chili corn bread, whole grain with pumpkin seeds, spinach and feta bread as well as mini chocolate loaves. UYM I mean YUM!! LOL!!

Instead of a sifter, you can spoon the flour into your measuring cup. As long as the flour is not packed, you should be good. Be sure to level off the top of the measuring cup.

that's what i do, i dont sift but i do use a spoon to lightly add the flour to my measuring cup so its quasi-sifted
