5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
The Most Dangerous Cake In the World!!
5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE 4 tablespoons flour 4 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa 1 egg 3 tablespoons milk 3 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) A small splash of vanillla extract 1 large coffee mug Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1,000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous). And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? OMG - this sounds WONDERFUL!!!! I think I might be trying this instead of chocolate pudding for dessert

OK - so you all know
I HAD TO TRY this out tonight!!! OMG - it is REALLY good... I was a bit nervous when the oil started popping everywhere - I thought I mixed it enough but will do better next time. I made mine in a REALLY big coffee mug so it didn't overflow. I'm impressed - DEE-LISH with ice cream!MANY MANY Thanks MommaB!!!! Just what I needed and it didn't hurt my mouth to eat (just had a molar pulled) Hi Ho ~ Hi Ho ~ It's off to coupon I go...

I just made one! It was good. Probably much better if I had followed the ingedients.
I didn't have cocoa so I improvised. Thanks MommaB! I got my choco fix!
