Help (posted in pregnancy too) cooking ahead for post partum meals? help!

So im scheduled for my section on 6/10/13. This is my 5th (yikes!) and my grandma is coming into town a few days beforehand to visit and take my older kids back to CA to see their grandparents (my parents) while i deliver.. the kids will be back about a week after i have the new LO with my parents and my brother. My Grandma makes me a little crazy sometimes- ie- she yells at me if i dont put makeup on before my husband gets home from work, and if i dont make my bed and insists that my kids make their beds daily, and i have hired a housecleaner for the day before she arrives to make sure the house is spotless or i will hear about that too.. but gotta love her! She likes to cook, so I figured a perfect way to pass time while she is here is to do some cooking to store for after the baby arrives, since my DH will be hungry and im going to be exhausted. my husband is super picky about textures. he prefers mexican food, eats pasta as a last resort, and would rather not eat chicken(although hidden in a recipe is fine). She has a recipe for stuffed shells that is AMAZING and an all day task, and ive made it for the fam before and they all turned up their noses. (utter shock and dismay!) So i'm looking for some flavorful, not mushy/soggy, recipes that can be made in advance and refrigerated/frozen for about 10 days to get me thru the first week postpartum.. i prefer fresh ingredients and am not opposed to making things from scratch.. So if you have had anything postpartum that your family really liked and have recipes or links to recipes that you could share, or even just suggestions, i would really appreciate it!!!

SAHM to 5 amazing kiddos..DS9, DD7, DS6, DD3, and DD 2 month old! ..who loves her (pain in the butt) DH, hates, and is trying to save some $$$!

I had number 3 in January. I had made batches of soup, pasta sauce, pizza sauce and dough, lasagna, baked ziti, and meatloaf!

Your 5th c section? I've had 2 but we want at least 1 more. Just curious if they are worried about that many c sections
