No longer take Bogo coupons
And no longer take 2 coupons on a Bogo sale.

I've never heard of Winn Dixie accepting competitor coupons EVER. There is nothing in their on-line policy that says you can't use Bogo coupons.

I am in palm beach county and they were taking publix coupons
As of last night they were also so I dont know but the policy you linked is what they gave me

Coupons are a great way to save -- and who doesn’t enjoy saving? To make it easier to shop with us when using coupons, we have outlined our coupon acceptance policy below.If you have any questions please ask your store management team for clarification. Winn-Dixie accepts the following:
Manufacturers Coupons Winn-Dixie Store Coupons Internet Coupons
Catalina Checkout Coupons
Buy One Get One Free Coupons

• Coupons that have a printed expiration date and are presented within that date
• Coupons that have a valid UPC and scan at the register
• Internet coupons that are $5 or less that have a valid UPC and scan at the register
• Internet coupons that are greater than $5 that have a valid UPC and scan at the register (with store management approval)
• Manufacturer coupons for free items that have a purchase requirement

Winn-Dixie does not accept the following:

• Electronic coupons presented with Manufacturer offers for the same item in a transaction.
• Coupons that have been identified as fraudulent by the manufacturer
• Coupons that allow more than one free item (Buy One Get Two Free)
• Competitor store coupons

Winn-Dixie has the following guidelines and limitations for coupons, special promotions and programs:

• Coupons presented for items that are part of the Make-a-Meal, Double Play or What-a-Deal promotion will only validate for redemption on the MAIN item in the deal. Coupons for the free items will require store management approval.
• "Stacking" is permitted; stacked coupons will redeem when one store coupon and one manufacturer coupon are used on the same item.
• "Cash Back" can only be applied to any additional items within the purchase and cannot be applied to sales tax.
• WIC and SNAP transactions that include coupons which exceed the value of the coupon items are ineligible for “cash back” or application to other items within the purchase.
• Limits specified on coupons must be followed.
• All coupon purchase requirements must be met.

Store Management can accept, deny or limit the use of coupons at their discretion, to comply with our policy guidelines. Limits may include large number of coupons on any one item for multiple purchases for the same guest.

I think you were extremely lucky to have a store that took competitor coupons. At the 2 Broward and 1 Delray store I frequent, NONE have EVER accepted competitor coupons.

Down In Miami. No competitor's coupons allowed. I have heard stores from Orlando up do allow but I have not seen it In the southern region stores.

I think it's a YMMV thing because my store still allows me to use coupons on the free items on the BOGO sales.

I may have to take back my comment. It appears the registers (at least at my stores) will not accept coupons until the "finish and pay" button is pressed. I am assume this means the machine will no longer recognize the free items and the coupon will not validate. In the past, a manager approved use of coupons on BOGO items but I was told I needed to scan before pressing finish and pay at a self checkout. I am not sure we will be able to do that anymore.

I emailed corporate to see what the policy is on BOGO items.
