well today I spoke with a different manager. The guy was totally cool and told me the other manager was wrong and appologized. Then he offered me a free popcorn from the snack bar.. OOOh he was going out of his way to make me happy! lol yah right. I ended up getting mine for free, I took a picture of myself holding the Tums, and the receipt and had the picture printed at the photo part of target and I stuck it in the envelope and Addressed it to the other manager. lol.. Just because she wasn't there doesnt mean I cant be B****y self
