So today in the mail i got my 4 .55 cent off ANY angelsoft TP..so i saw they had a 4 roll=8 roll for 1.00 as always by the main door when you come in(Mind you i'm at the Madison Street Walmart in Clarksville,TN the one i recently raved about as to where i will ONLY be able to PM anything!)
it kept saying it "didn't match the product"..and then she said "oh i know why.it looks to be copied."and i said "I dont' know how i JUST got this in the mail from the MF itself.HERE is the letter!"(She wouldn't even look at it,nor would the cashier. WHO,i need to say told me after i said "i geuss i'll just need to go to kroger and use them."and the cashier said "well,kroger stores don't double nomore."in a RUDE way i must say...and i said yeah they are..she just wanted to keep arguing with me!) After like 10 minutes of standing there,they found out she wasn't PRESSING the VENDOR COUPON button they have on there machine..and thats why. THAT got me freakin OFF!..and how this cashier was rude to me and saying that about kroger.i even called them to verify and they said "as far as we are concerned,we have not stopped our double coupons." Wow! How rude!
When a coupon says not found, the cashier must check and see if the right product was gotten. If so, the cashier keys in .55 vendor coupon. There are alot of coupons out that scan item not found and we must vendor coupon them. I would NOT call corporate. I would call your store and talk to the main manager. |

I've learned that talking to only the store manage gets you an apology and nothing else. No improvement w/ the cashiers either. I'd call corporate, who will call the store manager and you should be getting a call back from both!

Actually the floor Manager who i've dealt with many times before but not about coupons,was the one accusing me of the coupon being fake..and then finding out the Casher(who i really don't like to check out with but the air quality here was horrible and hot and my dad was outside in the car with a heart condition and we needed gas and TP...) wasn't pressing the vender Q button thingy..
the CASHIER was being rude about not even wanting to see the letter and telling me about KROGER of all things. |

I would call the store & speak directly to the store manager & give him/her an opportunity 1st..if their attitude isn't any better... call corp!!

The rudeness of the cashiers (and management) at the Sango Wal-Mart are the reason I don't go there anymore. I'll stick to the one on Wilma Rudolph, I've never had any problems with the cashiers rejecting my coupons.
Yeah, the cashier telling you about Kroger was irrelevant. |

Ugh sorry this happened to you! I had a nasty cashier at walmart a few days ago. She read every single coupon and would not let me use the ones that would not scan
