I've noticed it too.

I know things go in cycle but I can't remember the cycle for canned veggies. For some reason, I think they go on sale in September.

My Krogers and Food Giant both have canned veggies on sale .50 about once a month. Sometimes its the store brand but most times its green giant. They aren't usually advertised in the flyer.

Lat time I looked at Aldi and SaveAlot, the canned prices were in the 47 to 50 cents range.
It may be worth a road trip with fellow couponers to go on a stocking up trip.
I will be sure to stock up on my next visit to the store. Food in my area increased 15% this year!
I can recall when the price of canned veggies were 29 cents. fuel prices and grocery prices are going to continue to skyrocket, it may be best to stockpile canned goods now before the price is raised.

I have also noticed that myself ... I thought I was going crazy or getting really cheap!

Last year I bought cases of canned tomatoes for $0.33 each and with MC's I loaded up, but now I can't find coupons nor good canned veg deals.
