Hi! I have a family member who just moved to LA and wants to begin couponing. What is/are the best grocery stores in this area to coupon? Best policies? Do they double? I need some extensive advice TIA!

Hi there!! I've been doing a lot of my shoppint at Vons lately. They often have "super coupons" in their weekly ad (store coupons) that make for a great deal when combined with mfr coupons. I also like Vons because they're the only store in my area that doubles. Granted, they only double one of each coupon, but every little bit helps. I would call the store in your area to verify their doubling policy. I've found that it varies slightly from store to store. I also shop at Stater Bros and Albertsons. Neither of these stores double, but I'm still able to find decent deals each week. Here are the coupon policies for these stores. HTH!
