I won it... three times in fact, but it was over about a 2 month period so don't feel bad. (I just joined this summer.)

They're usually in alphabetical order by the last letter in the user name. The winners are different on chrome, ie, and FF, as well as whether you're looking at it on a desktop, a laptop or a phone. It's really cool because it means that you have NINE chances to win each hour.

I just saw that post when searching. I think it was lshuler, but it was when it was 100 SB.

I did find a list of all past winners on Twitter. It's updated hourly, so maybe people can check there. You could probably search your SB user name on Twitter to see if it's ever been picked too, but that's just plain torturous if it has, so maybe not a great idea.

There's probably some way to get email or mobile notifications of tweets as well. Maybe some people would be more apt to check Twitter more often than Swagbucks.
