What would be the best type to get? I'm not sure what types they have these days. But my current printer is I guess an antique and no longer able to get ink for it.
![]() So I really need/want to be able to print these wonderful coupons you all talk about. And really they do help get things cheaper/free! And I'm not really interested in a 3 in 1 or anything, every single time I do a rebate, they NEVER accept it. I've sent in soooo many and have NEVER received anything back. So I decided to not mess with them anymore. I honestly think it's because I don't pay full price for the items so they figure I don't need the money. Anyways, getting off topic. A printer..that isn't gonna cost the same as filling up the gas tank to get more ink? ![]() Thanks! (PS- If I put this in the wrong place, just move it, don't have to pm to let me know....I understand the why hehehe) |

right now the best one on ink out there will be the Kodak printers. Black ink is very cheap, I have started printing only in Black to save on my ink

I have a low-end HP printer (can't remember exactly which one right now and it's in the basement). It happens to be a 3-in-1, and the ink is reasonable.
Our last printer was a Lexmark because they're supposed to have the cheapest ink; however, the printer was also a piece of junk and only lasted a year. We've definitely found it to be worthwhile to pay a little more for ink to get a better printer. |

I just bought a hp wireless all in one (4500) from Walmart. Love it so far. Black ink is only $14. So not bad. Printer is on sale for $89.

I got a small Brother laser printer at Office Depot on Clearance - and in 2+ years of printing coupons, have only needed to buy 1 "toner" refill.
Look in the Clearance area of your local office supply store before you buy from the main floor. I often see floor models & open box stuff at my store, marked down to ridiculously low prices. I heartily recommend a laser printer instead of one that uses ink cartridges! ![]() Note: Links that appear in posts may be affiliate links I get my whole inserts from Roasted Almond!
