I just got home from the Locust Grove Bloom, which is converting to a Food Lion (no sign of that yet, however.) I did not notice any 50% discounts, and the store is still doubling coupons.

No! These store-wide discounts are ONLY for stores that are closing, not converting. Only the stores that are closing are accepting coupons at face value (no doubling). The stores that are converting are still doubling coupons.

Looks like there are some pretty amazing deals out there at the closing stores!

None of the store near me are closing, but I'm looking forward to seeing others trips.
