I was picking up meds at a Fred I don't shop at much so I wanted to kill time. I found toms of maine in organic travel size!! And I have 2.00 off "ANY" item . Got 2 soap @ 2.19 so .19 a bar not bad Q worked but I also picked up toothpaste that was 1.59 I know Fred does not give overage so I was okay with them marking the Q down well checker won't do it. Then I ask just take the toothpaste off she won't take it off she tells me you can't do that?? What I done this! So I move on pay for it! I go to cs to get a refund for my coupon or return the item. Woman in cs tells me we don't mark coupons down. What? I do this all the time at my Fred I tell her. She then ask someone about it he tells her yes we do. So she fixed my tran. But then told me you should not uses this on little ones. Then I say it is for "any" that's "any" well they should say that, this made me mad. I tell her the coupon works on soap just fine and that's up to Toms of Maine not you!
Fred will get the whole amount + .10 .
She was so rude! I was so nice to start off too. All I wanted was a return or markdown the Q. No need for her to treat me like I'm shoplifting!

The bad thing is I'm moving to that part of town this summer. I guess I need to break them in or drive cross town to shop.
