That's a stock up price on eggs isn't it? Mine had bread .50cents last week and I didn't buy nearly enough. They have apple juice $1 and sugar $1.57 3lb bag and canned goods .33. Heading back to stock up on those three things for sure!

Not sure which sale you're referring to that's supposed to be over, but the post from mom2hancjhe matches my ad for this week. The sugar listed in my ad is 4 lbs. for $1.57 rather than 3 lbs. Some decent prices on produce, too, like the green peppers and cukes for 50 cents. And ground beef for $1.79/lb. Not too shabby a week for Food Lion.

Love this forum! I think it was a couple of weeks ago when the ham was on sale and that $2 coupon was in the paper. I picked up a 7 lb ham for less than $4 and was shocked at how much meat we had after bone/fat! Cooked in the crock pot with a 12 oz. can of Dr. Pepper, had supper, lots of leftovers, and used that broth for some awesome soup later. All thanks to you ladies!!

I've actually been price matching mine at WM who is more than happy to compete and you don't get the nastiness of the Food Lion managers.
