I found 3 fleas on my pitt today! No wonder she's been scratching like crazy! Her tail is almost bald from all the crazy scratching.

My pug had severe reaction to hartz!!! I use body spray i made with eucalyptus, tea tree, &citronella. Very diluted.. Also have to make homemade soap for them.

one of my cats has flea bite dermititis (fun being allergic to the flea bites)...and 2 others went through a period this year where they were losing their fur in a few areas - we took one of them to the vet and he got steroid shot (the other is a ferel that lives in our garage but is currently across the road at the neighbors with her kitten).....but Princess Tawny gets to the point where she will start pulling her fur out, so its not fun when we have to give her a bath (we use an antibacterial shampoo for her - when the allergy emerged last year she took to laying in one of the litter boxes and we just thought she had gone mental at first, then I awoke at 5am on a Saturday morning and she had come onto my bed and was pulling the fur out)
