Yeah the store manger said they didnt do that kind of thing an wont give me anything back. But arnt they making mony off my q they got. He said he cant give it to me because the q's were for certian thing an if he gives me money back I could o use it only something else that i didnt have a q for. Dont know what i should do.

Well, in my humble opinion, that is just a load of nonsense. If they didn't want to give you the money, they should have given you your coupons back because they are being paid for stuff that (after you returned it) you didn't buy! What about cancelling the whole transaction, getting your coupons back and you'll buy everything again, but this time, the right way.

I dont know if this is worth it for you hun. It might just agravate the manager and sour your relationship with this store. Send me your addie in a PM together with which coupons you used and need some more of - I have loads that I can send to you. Then we can try this whole thing again.

One thing you do know is that this store, and this manager is not very coupon friendly. So, try to avoid them if in any way possible.

I'm so sorry you had to go through this!

K i think I figured it out. The icing that I bought which was 10 of them didnt ring up under the 10 item deal. So after all of this . I still lost all my q's.

ok, next to every item that qualifies for the mega deal there should be a + sign. At the bottom of the tape, there should be a + sign count like this [+=45] or whatever number you had.
If the icing was marked on the shelf as a mega deal item and didn't ring up that way, they owe you the difference as well as (usually) one can of icing.
If they refunded what you paid them oop, and took back the groceries, then you are still even with "real money" -coupons are (gasp!) just pieces of paper and we will help you get more.
I agree with all who said group the items in batchs of 10.
Take your receipt back and check the icing shelf price again. At my store it was 10/10 but not part of the mega deal. That means the final cost is 1.00 a can, not 50 cents.
The shelf tags are a little confusing. A 10/10 item is NOT necessarily a mega deal item.
The mega deal items have tags that have two prices on them, usually red and yellow.
The left will say $2.00, the right will say $1.50 and then in small print it will say "after buying 10 and getting $5.00 off total order".
The price after the $5.00 is the one you figure the coup on. So if you have a 1.00 coupon on a can of soup that costs $1.50, the final price is going to be 50 cents.

It takes time but one day, the lightbulb flashes and it all makes sense.
ALWAYS check the register tape right away for errors. They are much more receptive if you point it out right away then if you go in later.

It doe stake time go get used to doing the Mega sale, and I am still not a huge fan yet. Last week when I went to Kroger, I was reading over my receipt and at first I didn't see where the 5.00 was taken off, then I found it and it was in the middle of my receipt! I don't know why it printed there, I thought they would print it at the end next to where the coupons print?

It can be confusing. Do you need any coupons? I could send you some

Hang in there. Which Kroger's did you go to? There's only about 3 near us that I like, and a couple that I won't go back to (poor customer service).
