I'm a coupon newbie and I wanted to get the pro's opinion. Yesterday I ventured out to CVS to check out their Gillette deal. Not enough stock for me to do the deal, but I did find a Fusion $4 off coupon laying on the shelf near the razors. I picked it up and tucked it with my coupon stash....is this ok?

Today I took my kiddos to McD around 3pm. I noticed Sunday's newspaper still in the rack. I looked thru it and behold, most of the PG insert there. I was thinking it's been here over 24 hours, so I tucked it in bag. Is this ok?

I certainly want to play by the rules and wondered what kind of boundries you all set for yourself?

I leave q's on the shelf all the time! I hope someone picks them up and uses them. As for the paper, it didn't belong to anyone, but maybe ask next time?? I probably would have taken it too with it being Monday and the paper being a day old!

No, you didn't break the rules at all! It seems like you came across the goodness of a coupon fairy! It wasn't left for anyone specific....so you are fine!!

I have also pick up the Q on SUNDAY while at MickyD's but I did ask the manager who happened to be related to me and he said take all I wanted..too bad there was just one set He told me they always just throw them out!

I don't take q's from the newspaper, but I will pick up a q off the shelf. I'm never lucky enough to get good ones that don't expire for a month. Someone probably saw how much the item was and thought even with the q it was too much. We know better here, a deal will come along... hopefully.
