Default i have some questions, can anyone help?

i got the formula from a friend... now, here's a few questions, how do i figure out things that don't have nutrition facts, only one thing comes to mind right now, because that's what i grabbed for a snack, but lunch meat, this is honey ham.


I guess that isn't a lot of questions, but basically, how do i do weight watchers would be a good one. am i supposed to eat all of my points per day or is it ok to not eat them all??

There is a booklet that comes with the WW plan that tells you some items like this. I would try searching online. Someone has bound to have posted points for items somewhere.

I weigh out everything like the meat you're talking about. It's hard for me to say, because I use their online tools and I never write anything down or use that slider thinger to figure out points.

As for using your points, they say to use them all but most days I don't. It was hard to even come near hitting my points early on because I had more to use. You adjust it down as you lose. Like say you weigh 170 and lose 10 pounds and are 160....you then get less points. It usually drops by 1pt for each 10lbs lost. So as my allowed points have dropped it's become easier to hit my points per day at times.

Good luck!!! I've lost over 40lbs since August using the WW plan and I wish I had done it ages ago!

well, here's the thing...i just don't want to/don't have the time to join. i always have the kids when it's time for the meetings and just figure, if i know all the rules, why can't i just do it without joining?

You can still "join" WW online. The meetings aren't a "have to" thing. They are just to keep you "in check" or have someone to hold you accountable. If you can do that yourself, then the online version should be great for you! Somewhere I saw where they even have "virtual" meetings. I'll have to look and see if I can find that again.

DH and I are about to start WW. We have to do something to get out weight down! WW seems to be the best thing for us because you can still eat "regular" food!

You need to eat all your points per day, and even eat the extra points too if you want. Eating less than your daily points will actaulyl cause you to gaine weight sometimes becuase your body will starve for food and hold on to anything that it can.

Very important to eat all the points from my understanding. I did it b4 and I also did atkins diet. I didnt follow the "rules" each time in hopes it would speed it up. Atlins diet I got the worst Kidney infection and when They tested my urine they said my system was acting like i was starving myself and shutting down key processes hence the god awful pain I was In. W/ WW same thing, you can actually trick your body into starvation mode not only causing health issues but also doing no good on the weight loss since when you do eat the right amount it will make you gain or stay level. I always ate my daily points after that just not all the extra weekly points and lost 30 lbs. Just my experience.
