We donate atleast 40% of the product I get in, every week. 5% I keep for my stockpile, or if I do not need it this goes into the donation piles. 20% of my product I use to restock a list of friends.family.neighbors with (this changes and what they dont need or what is leftover goes to our donation piles) 35% of my product goes into resell.

We used to have higher resell margins, but now with the amount of product I order in every week, There is no need.
But, I also have an amazing relationship with many of my stores, and they are wonderful to me. All of my organizations also send their thanks, and cards, letters etc to my stores, instead of me.

No sorry that is confusing.

Everything left in the living room(stockpile room) is from the last three weeks, as as well as the dove, diapers razors and the boxes in the front of the garage... Snuggle etc....

However items in the hallway are still to be picked up for donations.
The items left in the (stockpile room) are after donations this last three weeks.
So that is 60% of what was bought, before neighbors etc.

Okay I have more questions? LOL!

Okay : What do you suggest for someone wanting to start that type of relationship with their stores?

If you don't price anything how do you know when someone walks up with 20 different items from 20 different tubs, what to charge?

Which stores you shop at?

Sorry, I said I don't individually price items. I put items in tubs with like price items and price the tub. Meaning, I put a price on the tub, so if everything in the tub is 1.00 each it says everything this tub 1.00 each.

The relationship part, you need to talk to your stores, your managers your employees, every time you go in, you need to feel out their politeness, and their friendability. I actually became the best friends with a store whom I had to go through corporate twice with, and had issues with. But, because fo how they handled it, and now how they know I know what I am doing, we have an amazing friendship. I call, and every person in the store knows its me. People, I don't even know. In the backroom, my boxes are all labeled for me, and they go out fo their way for me.
Now I have been couponing one year. Doing stockpiling about 8 mths.
So they know me. Its a bond that has grown over time.
They know who I donate to, and what, because we have the organizations send thank you cards directly to my stores.
Basically feel out your stores. Talk to them, be friendly. Offer coupons to your cashiers, and share deals.
It goes 1000 yards!

I shop at many different stores... Drugstore and grocery.

I just want to say I am very impressed. My Wife and I started stockpiling about 6 months ago, we have 5 kids so it's really helping a lot. We have a community yard coming up May 7th and even tho I have nowhere near the product you have I hope to do pretty well.

It felt good to give away so many bags of freebies to family and friends in past few weeks.

OMG!!!! I can't believe my eyes!!!! You are obviously a PRO at this and in such a short period of time - makes my stockpile sale look soooo amateur! lol I must say, I have NOT found a great relationship with my stores yet, so maybe that is where I struggle with this so much. Looks like that should be my priority after seeing this, as I am running myself ragged "shopping" instead of ordering and have mass quantities ready!!! Like all that DOVE - I had cashiers telling me I couldn't roll it and IF I chose to and it printed out a RR, they would NOT let me have it etc. I ended up with 2 bottles and gave up! I have GOT to show your pics to my hubby this evening and brainstorm a strategy with HIM - he is the talker and the salesman in our relationship! lol THANK YOU for sharing - WAY TO GO girl!!!!

I have to agree your organization and great deals are awesome and inspiring. Right now we're just stocking up for our own personal use and to help family, friends and neighbors during hard times it's so exciting and satisfying to look at my stockpile and know that though it may not always be what we want to eat for right now, at least if we were hit with hard times we won't go hungry or do without toiletries.

Thanks for shairng.

Anna
