right now, I'm looking for ...
a King size, solid white, fitted sheet to go with this gorgeous flat, king size sheet that has an embroidered edging on the top of it. (it had to have been an expensive sheet set because this sheet is cotton but feels like silk it's so luxuriously soft and the edging is gorgeous). a VitaMix for dh (never give up hope I'll find one. lol - an online friend actually found one for herself that was an older model) always looking for pretty material and or eyelet edge sheets, dust ruffles, or table cloths that I can use the material for pantaloons, blouses, and/or jumpers for the girls two books of the Foxfire series that I am missing that will complete my set (#10 and #11). I love these books. Old timey at its best always looking for nice shoes and clothing items for the boys for them to grow into... never more than 2 sizes out from what they are wearing now for the oldest and the others "shop" from the totes we have in the closets when they need a bigger size. jeans size 38/32 for dh -- long legged thang it's hard to find his size as it seems there are a lot of men here in this area the same size lol. Watching the thrift stores and yard sales are sure to pay off sooner or later. and of course, I keep my eyes peeled for things I know we can put to good use.

-A food processor (my mini chopper broke)
-An entertainment center for our flat screen TV (I just can't bring myself to pay $250.00 for a Walmart brand pressed wood model) -Antique kitchen gadgets (getting ready to move the kitchen and I want to redecorate, I guess this doesn't fall under the buying new catagory....I just don't want to spend an arm & leg on antiques) |

Foggy the thread count on that sheet must be really high for it to be that silky, that will be a beautiful set, good luck matching.
Would love to find doll house for my little girls I keep, large and big enough for barbies. The toys for my daycare are so old and really looking worn. Last edited by momwalker1966; 05-03-2010 at 06:21 PM.. Reason: typo |

I took a pic to show y'all the edging on it. Absolutely gorgeous. I just couldn't bring myself to cut it to make slips out of after I saw it was King size and had that edging on it.

I actually found one of mine! I had been looking for a small, narrow desk with lots of drawers to put in my DD7's bedroom. I hated to spend a lot. I found one about 40 minutes from me on craigslist for $15. My DH painted it white to match her bedset and it turned out adorable, and is the perfect size (I just need to find some cute pulls for the drawers). I'll have to take a picture of it. The only other thing I've been holding otu for is a nice bike- I'd like a Schwinn cruiser or something with some personality, but I don't want to pay $200 for one!
