Default Oh Heavens, I have to start packing!
My DH just phoned from NC, where he is on training, to tell me he was told a few minutes ago, he could get Thursday and Friday off!!!!! So, he went online, got to Hotwire and booked us a trip to Hilton Head Island for 4 days. And when all was paid and so forth - it turned out we are going to be staying in the Hilton!!! I cant believe it!!!! Picture me in the jacuzzi for 4 days - pink as a shrimp.

He so deserves it - he has been under awful pressure at work and needs a break. I hope this will be good for him.

So, I have to jump. He wants to leave bright and early tomorrow! Do I even have clean clothes to take? Does my swimsuit still fit?

And what stores are there? Do I need to take my coupons? Sorry, stupid question. What deals are on at the moment in SC that I might take advantage of? I know there is a Harris Teeter, Foodlion and a Publix, dont know about the rest.

Anybody else there in that vicinity?

Prices will usually be higher at stores at the beach than they are inland. Not sure why, but it holds true all the time at the OBX stores. Harris Teeter doubles up to .99, limit of 20 coupons/day. Some stores limit it to 3 like coupons, mine do 4.
