Once you reach 300 posts, you have access to that forum. It has been that way for several months now. We had many members that were coming to WUC for their own benefit, wanting to post referrals, etc, but gave nothing back to the site regarding helping members, participating in the forums, and posting in other areas besides just the Rewards forum.
