We suggest that you consult the Terms of Service and the linked information regularly for updates. We reserve the right to revise the Terms of Service and all linked information from time to time in our sole discretion by updating this posting or any linked information. Unless otherwise provided in such revision, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted.

Your failure to follow these rules listed below, may result in suspension or termination of your access to WUC, without notice, in addition to Service Provider's other remedies. About WeUseCoupons.com
WUC is an online community dedicated to helping people use coupons and save money. We provide a platform for sharing ideas and encourage collaboration. WUC is also a place to trade coupons, get ideas about how to use coupons, and discuss current sales occurring in stores.

Posting & Participation
We are a family friendly site. Often children will be within view of the computer when many of our members are online so with that in mind please keep discussions PG rated. You agree not to post messages or links that are obscene, profane, sexually explicit or descriptively graphic. You agree to use appropriate language; any obscenities will be met with an immediate warning.

You agree you will not attempt to bypass the WUC’s censored words. We understand some rare instances were this is acceptable, but excessive usage will not be tolerated. You agree that "freedom of speech" does not apply to WeUseCoupons.com as privately owned website. Although the constitution of the United States guarantees that “Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech”, WUC is not the Congress. The TOS/Guidelines of this website governs the behaviors and activities of the members. If you choose not to follow the guidelines agreed to during registration, the result is a disabling of your account, and suspension of access via your IP address.

WUC uses moderators and administrators to control and monitor content of the site, however, they are under no obligation to make content adjustments unless they deem necessary. Please understand, the membership at WUC is extremely diverse, and the content is vast, which makes it is nearly impossible to monitor every post or message. You agree that WUC, its owners, affiliates, nor any other person or entity associated with WUC will not be held responsible for the accuracy, validity, contents, appearances, or completeness of the information posted to the message boards by Users. In that regard, you as a users shall not post any content that violates any law, nor shall you post materials that reference the following:


- Defamatory or libelous content
- False, inaccurate, or untrue information
- Content that is hateful, abusive, profane, vulgar, obscene, pornographic
- Content that violates a person’s right to privacy
- Content that is threatening or harassing.


You agree not to start a thread for the purpose of dropping a link to a competing website or article. If you’re not sure if the link is a competing website, ask a moderator for approval.


By posting content and materials in the forums at WUC, you are hereby granting WUC express license to distribute, copy, modify, transmit and use in any manner deemed appropriate by the Site Owners. You are further warranting that all use of contents posted in the WUC forums shall be done so with world-wide rights of use, with no royalties to ever be granted to the User. You agree that WUC is free to use any ideas, materials, concepts, techniques garnered from your posts without any compensation due to you, the User. The aforementioned can be then further used by WUC for any reason, including but not limited to: research, business model or concept development, marketing, services, manufacturing, or in any business capacity. Nothing herein, however, shall permit the owner to use the name of the user, or the title of his work, or otherwise to make use of his reputation with respect to any version or adaptation of his Messages which, because of alterations therein, would substantially tend to injure his literary or artistic reputation; or to use the name of the user with respect to a Message he did not create or post.


You agree that you will not use any of WUC website features to post any material which (a) is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violate of any law, (b) infringes any third-party intellectual property or publicity/privacy rights, (c) contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information, and (d) promotes piracy.

WUC reserves the right to edit in whole or part any post or forum content that contains the following:
- Referral programs, website links, content, or information
- Advertisements that have not been approved by Site Owners, or paid for by Users
- Any solicitations including but not limited to: business schemes, pyramid marketing, religious affiliations, donations for personal or charitable use not authorized by Site Owners
- Pornographic or Gaming sites including content, website links, or information
- Content that violates laws or threatens the well-being of Users, Owners, Affiliates, and any other person or entity associated with WUC.



You agree that as a User, you take sole responsibility for the content of your posts, and further, you indemnify and hold harmless WUC, its Owners, Moderators, and any other person or entity associated with WUC in respect to any claim, litigation, or action brought forth against you in response to the content of your post. Views expressed on the site are the views of the member who contributed, and do not necessarily reflect the views of WUC or anyone or any entity associated with WUC.

You agree not to disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or “flood,” cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges. You will not delete your own posts in such a manner that disrupts the flow of dialogue.

Lashing out at other participants “flaming” is strictly forbidden. Proper etiquette is required for participation at WUC. You agree that you will not make derogatory comments about any person based on religion, race, gender, etc. A tone of "kindness" is appreciated for all discussions.

Posting insulting or deliberately divisive threads/replies or “trolling” for the purpose of (1) harvesting retaliatory insults and flames, or (2) throwing off the balance of the forum, is also disallowed.

WUC may elect, at its sole discretion, to monitor some, all, or no areas of the Site for adherence to these terms and conditions. Questions about a particular forum should be directed to a moderator or administrator.

You agree that the staff of WUC may move your post from one forum category to another for the sole purpose of providing you with the best possible information source. You agree you will try your best not to post duplicate content or cross-post (posting the same message in more than one forum).

You agree that the staff of WUC may edit/remove the posts and/or disable the account of any member who does not comply with these community guidelines or any reason deemed appropriate by the administration for the good of the community and its safety. Requests for removal will entail removing personal data, location, avatar, etc,. to protect the privacy of the person but the member account will remain intact because of the nature of the threading of posts within the database. Any user who feels that a Message is objectionable may report said Message by using the Report function available in that message. Upon receipt of such a request, the staff will determine if such deletion is necessary. If deemed necessary, we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable period.

You agree that if you disagree with WUC policy or actions of a staff member, you will not post public arguments or disagreements nor attempt to petition the owner/administration to change policy through posts, polls, email, PM or any other service found within the WUC Website. If you disagree, you may respectfully email the owner of WUC. The owner does not endorse or recommend any of the opinions or ideas contributed by its users.


Rules about Linking Your Web Pages on WeUseCoupons
Here are the rules and a few examples of what we allow and don’t allow in reference to links on WUC.

1.If you have a blog, or coupon related site, please use the My Blog function. WUC would love to share the traffic we receive. Posting your blog also lets us get to know you even more! There is a ‘my blog’ function and it is found in the user cp, in the edit your details area.

2. If you have a relevant website that will help others, please post about it and everyone can discuss it. For example: I found this great website called mealbox.meijer.com!! It’s a great website that has coupons for Meijer. Another example: I found a great new blog called LittleMissKnowItAll. I go there often and she has great deals, I’d check it out!! The latter option isn’t to be abused.

3.Reposting or CrossPosting. Bloggers are allowed to repost or crosspost their coupon matches on WUC. Always give credit to your blog, generally at the top or bottom of the match. We do ask that you post the entire match. Please don’t say, I have a match on my blog, go check it out here.




















4.Posting links to other sites is generally allowed as long as it is relevant. In other words, if you start making candles, like one of our moderators here does, please post the link to your website. Again we ask you to become established before you start posting links to things like that, but once you’re a part of WUC. ‘Please don’t join and say, I make candles, come buy some!’

5. User's are not allowed to post links until they have reached 15 posts. This rule is universal, and is in place not only to protect WUC from spammers, but also allows us to get to know you a little before you can post links. All we ask is that you get involved a little!!

6.Competitor’s sites are allowed to be referenced, but not linked. A competitor is defined as a coupon message or bulletin board. Although they are the competition, they aren’t the enemy. We understand that our competitors may have deals we don’t and vice versa, please just give them credit if you post something from their sites!! These references are for the ads and/or their coupon match-ups ONLY!



7. Signature links are allowed, but you must be a coupon diva to post a link in your signature. Links in your signature must be relevant to you, something you do, coupons or a moderator approved link. If you're not sure about a link, please PM a moderator or administrator! 8. Links can be removed at the discretion of a moderator or administrator.

To summarize, WUC is very tolerate of links, but we ask that if you're going to place a link about your site, please be involved here!! Don't abuse the link system, because people will report the posts and they will be removed. Thanks!!

The WeUseCoupons Team Mod's and Admin can remove any link they see fit, and we reserve that right. We generally do not remove links, but in rare cases of spam or a violation of rules we will remove them.


Legal Issues

Member Eligibility
Our Services are available only to legal entities and individuals who can form legally binding contracts. To register for an Account with WUC and become a Member, you must accept all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, the Terms of Service. WUC reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone.

Your Account
To become a Member and use the Services available at WUC, you must register for an "Account". You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information as prompted by the registration form, and to update such information to maintain its truth, accuracy and completeness. You cannot register for more than one Account. WUC has a one account policy. You agree you will register only ONE account. Periodically WUC reserves to right to eliminate duplicate accounts originating from the same IP address. If you have trouble with your log-in or password, contact the HELPCENTER rather than registering again.

Member represents, warrants, and agrees to grant access to the Account only to Users authorized to act on behalf of the Member and only in accordance with this Agreement. Additionally, Member represents, warrants, and agrees to be fully responsible and liable for any action of any User that uses the Account.

WUC Provides the Venue
WUC makes the Site available as an online community where Members can connect with each other and take advantage of the deals. WUC has no control over and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the advice posted on the Site. We do not support activities that are illegal, and if posted on the Site, they will be removed or deleted, and the User responsible will be warned.

Your Privacy
As a Member on WUC, you recognize and understand that content you choose to make publicly available on the Site will be available to all search engines, spiders and possibly dishonest individuals. We advise you to keep your personal information personal. Spammers or anyone else will be able to view any information posted in the forum areas. WUC recommends that you do not use personal information in your public posts, which includes and is not limited to: email addresses, IM addresses, your physical home address, personal graphics including family pictures. You also agree that your identity and account details may be provided to authorities in the event of a complaint or legal action. Be aware that WUC will comply with any court ruling and will turn over all records to the authorities if the need arises.

Trades
By registering as a Member, you acknowledge and agree that whenever you use our Site to facilitate a trade, you locate, choose, and connect with other Members of the Site to trade coupon in accordance with the rules set forth in the trading zone. WUC is not involved in the dealing or contracting between Members. WUC is not a party to any contract for any purchase or trade of coupons. All rights and obligations for the purchase, sale or trade of any items on the Site are solely between Users. WUC accepts no liability for sales, purchases and trades made on the Site.

Competitor Sites
Competitor sites may be given credit in threads stating the site of credit and member of credit. If you are crediting a match-up to another site, the match-up must be copied to WUC, with appropriate credit given to the outside member and site, but a link to matchups somewhere else isn't allowed.

Auctions
Starting Bid and increments, End date and time zone, Payment and shipping options must be listed in each auction. All parties involved in either the sale or trade have 24 hours to contact one another to exchange final payment method and addresses.


When you win an Auction and the Auctioneer has PM'd you with payment instructions, payment must be made/initiated within 24 hours. Obviously if you are sending CC or a GC, this isn't possible, but it must be mailed within that 24 hour time frame.


Seller MUST mail Auction winnings within three ~3~ days after payment is made....NO exceptions.

All auction or trade items must be received within 10 days or less after payment is received, unless private arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties. WUC accepts no liability for sales, purchases and trades made on the Site.


Charity Auctions
1. A Charity Auction must be for a Regional or Nationally recognized Charity.

2. Charity must have a website and be able to take payments. Websites will be checked!

3. All winning monies must be paid through link to Charity website in OP. (see #5 for American Cancer Society exception)

4. All Auction hosts must have a link in their OP. Winning bidders must pay by going straight to the Charity's site in the Body of Auction. No monies are to go through Auction host. (see #5 for American Cancer Society exception)

5. The exception to this rule is the American Cancer Society, or ACS. If the Auction proceeds are less than $10, a check or Money Order must be made out to the American Cancer Society, and mailed to Linda Tenenbaum. If it is $10 or more donated by a credit card, you can donated to the 2010 ACS Relay for Life site. The donation link is in Coupons4cancer sig. below. Postage can be sent to Linda as stamps, personal check, PP (gift), or RME. If there are questions on this, please ask Linda/Coupons4Cancer or Carolyn/MommaB. Linda is the volunteer for A.C.S.


6. NO private Auctions for personal or other reasons are allowed.

7. Per TOS, Auction titles, body or anything else in the Auction may be edited, moved or deleted at the discretion of Moderator's or Admin's without prior notice to Auction host. All decisions by Mod's or Admin's are final!

Feedback
Feedback is expected to be left for each trade or sale by both parties in the Trader Ratings area. A negative rating may only be left if there is a failure to complete the Terms of Service, specifically those listed in Payments above. Members have 10 days to respond to a moderator to dispute negative feedback left.

Taxes, Reporting and Legal Responsibilities
Each Member is solely responsible for satisfying any income tax, VAT, payroll tax, payroll withholding, sales and use tax, governmental reporting and other legal requirements under applicable law, including without limitation those applicable to the purchase and sale.

Coupon Database
The Site contains a coupon database. The database is populated with information from third party sources, from Providers themselves and from other Members. WUC provides this database as a convenience and does not confirm or verify the information contained in it.

Links
This Site may contain links to other Web sites or resources and access and use of certain services offered by third parties, including online communication services such as chat, email and calls and your access and use of those Web sites, resources or services, including the online communication services, will be governed by the terms and policies of the Web site or resource or Provider. These services are owned and operated by the third party Providers and their licensors. You acknowledge and agree that WUC is not responsible or liable for: (i) the availability or accuracy of such sites or resources; or (ii) the content, advertising, or products on or available from such Sites or resources. The inclusion of any link on the Site does not imply that we endorse the linked site. You use the links and these services at your own risk.

Copyright material
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by WUC.

Property
You agree that content created by this website through the use of posts/threads and FAQ and/or polls remain the property of this website and may be published by WUC in other media forms. By participating in the Forum, you agree that the owner shall have unlimited and irrevocable rights (including economic, moral and all other rights that may exist in such material) and license to use, display, publish or communicate to the public, permit others to publish, the Messages, online and offline, for a fee or otherwise, in whole or in part, throughout the world and in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed without need of any notice, remuneration, compensation, royalties or attribution to you. Nothing herein, however, shall permit the owner to use the name of the user, or the title of his work, or otherwise to make use of his reputation with respect to any version or adaptation of his Messages which, because of alterations therein, would substantially tend to injure his literary or artistic reputation; or to use the name of the user with respect to a Message he did not create or post.

Information contained on WUC, including but not limited to those relating to law or medicine or other fields, is not intended to substitute for the advice or opinion of your own lawyer or physician or professional adviser. You agree not to rely solely on any of the advice or opinion expressed. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall WUC be liable for any reliance on any such information, nor shall WUC be liable for any direct, incidental, special, consequential, indirect or punitive damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the information on WUC.

Parental Supervision: WUC encourages parents to monitor their children who are under 13 years of age. While content is moderated to filter objectionable posts, some topics may still not be suitable for children.

Limitation of Use: WUC reserves the right to limit the use of Forum to any individual or group at any time.

No Agency
The Terms of Service and any registration for or subsequent use of this Site will not be construed as creating or implying any relationship of agency, franchise, partnership or joint venture between you and WUC.

Access and Interference
The Site contains robot exclusion headers. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: (a) take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (b) copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content (other than content you have submitted to the Site) from the Site, any software code that is part of the Site, or any services that are offered on the Site without the prior express written permission of WUC and the appropriate third party, as applicable; (c) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or (d) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site or any subparts of the Site.

Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY WUC ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," AS AVAILABLE, AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OR TRADE). WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE QUALITY, IDENTITY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY THIRD PARTY, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OF THE POSTINGS MADE ON THE WEB SITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY. SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR MEMBERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER MEMBER FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, IN NO EVENT WILL OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY ACTION OR CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EXCEED IN THE GREATER OF: (A) $100 OR (B) THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF SERVICE CHARGES ACTUALLY COLLECTED BY US FROM YOU FOR THE SERVICES TO WHICH THE LIABILITY RELATES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DETERMINATION OF SUCH LIABILITY. SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnity
You agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify WUC from and against any and all losses, costs, expenses, damages or other liabilities incurred by WUC from and against any cost, liability, loss, damage, cause of action, claim, suit, proceeding, demand or action brought by a third party against WUC: (a) in connection with your use of the Sites including any payment obligations incurred through use of the Site; or (b) resulting from: (i) your use of the Site (ii) your decision to submit postings and accept offers from other Members; (iii) any breach of contract or other claims made by Members with which you conducted business through the Site; (iv) your breach of any provision of this Agreement; (v) any liability arising from the tax treatment of payments or any portion thereof; (vi) any negligent or intentional wrongdoing by any Member. Any such indemnification shall be conditioned on our: (a) notifying you in writing of any such claim, demand, action, cost, liability, loss or threat of any thereof; (b) cooperating with you in the defense or settlement thereof; and (c) allowing you to control such defense or settlement. We shall be entitled to participate in such defense through our own counsel at our own cost and expense. We reserve the right to report any wrongdoing of which we become aware to the applicable government agencies or otherwise.

Password and Use of Account
When a Member registers an Account, the Member will be asked to choose a Sign In name and password for the Account. The Member and any Team Account Administrator will also be asked to choose the initial Sign In name and password for any Team Account that is added (and can change the Sign In name and password for any Team Account at any time).
You must safeguard and you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. In addition, if you are a Member or Team Account Administrator, you must maintain the confidentiality of all your related Team Account passwords. You agree not to (1) use any Account, Team Account, Sign In name, or password of another User of the Site that you are not authorized to use or (2) authorize others who are not authorized to do so to use the Account or any related Team Account at any time. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of the Account or any related Team Account or access to your password or the password of any User of your Account or any related Team Account. You are solely responsible for and we may rely on any use of the Site with your Sign In name and password as authorized by you. In addition, if you are a Member, we may rely on any use of the Site with the Sign In name of any Team Account added by an Account Administrator.

Services, Fees and Charges: WUC reserves the right to modify the services offered from time to time, with or without notice, including the right to terminate such services. The owner reserves the right to charge any fees for use or participation in the Forum. At present, however, the owner does not charge any fees for participation in the forum.

Amendments: The owner reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Such amended terms and conditions shall be effective when posted at the WUC website.

Termination: WUC reserves the right to terminate your use of the Forums at anytime, with or without notice. Following termination, at its sole option, WUC may remove some or all of your Messages from the Site or leave it available for public review, without need of notice or approval from you.

Governing Law and Venue: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the venue shall be the proper courts of Kentucky. If any part of the TOS is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the TOS shall continue in effect.
