**New Signature Guidelines**
All,
More and more we have been noticing signatures are getting larger and larger. So large, that many posts are being lost in a signature full of links, images, tickers and more. We have now come up with some guidelines regarding the use of signatures. All images (not including tickers) may not exceed the size of 150 x 150. Obviously it can't be 150 pixels verticaly cause that would be too many lines. Font sizes must be no larger than 3. Here is an example of image and font size. This image is 115 x 100 pixels and this font is #3. The second image is 125 x 83 pixels.   For Members 1. You will be allowed 1 ticker OR 1 image, 1 business link, not blog link (if applicable and not a competitor) and 1 personalized remark. 2. If you have a blog or auction, please utilize the link area within your control panel so it appears under your name. 3.You may opt to not have a ticker or image. In that case you may use 4 lines for personalized remarks. 4. You will be limited to 4 lines. Empty lines increase the size of your siggy, thus counts as a line. 5. Make sure your signature does not look like its part of post. Center it color, change it up so you can see the difference. 6. Please put blog's and wishlist's in the area under your userid. 7. Maximum of 6 smiley's For Forum Leaders 1. Same as Non-forum leaders, except you will be allowed 2 links, but not Blog links – one of which being a link to your forum. For Moderators 1. No limits on links/images, but no Blog links and must follow size restrictions. I have already noticed that some of you have corrected your signatures which is great! We are going to give you some time to fix your signatures. Currently we do not have anything in place that will “force” images/signatures to be the size requested. After about a week we will fix them as we see the need. Thank you everyone for all your work! Please let me know if you have any questions. Someone, I think it was MommaB, had a good trick that helped me figure out the # of Pixels in any image.
Just right click on the image, select "Properties" and it will show you the # of pixels in that pic. Good way for you to make sure images in your siggy are the correct size! HTH!!!!!

Here's the pic with the maximum dimensions:
If you want to use it in your siggy just right click and copy image location, and go to edit signature under User CP and paste it (click on the yellow box on top of the text area, looks like a mountain) and it should work.
